Within these pages we hope to include images and information on
animal behaviour
throughout the seasons.
Pauline has a smallholding and her own personal nature reserve and is on constant watch for wildlife.

Welcome to Thistledown Meadows.

Well, hopefully we have had the worst of our winter weather.
On our walk today, the air was filled with the sound of courting birds and the feeding station is becoming redundant as our feathered friends are busily house hunting. Primroses, daffodils, celandine and snowdrops are a cheery
sight and there is already the promise of fruit blossom peeping through.
Fingers crossed we don't get any hard frosts nipping the buds like last year.
Don't forget to call in to see the animals if you are out on a ramble.
